Province Defection Mechanic

Description
This mechanic has been used in many always war and blob mods, but I wanted to separate and isolate it to make it more compatible with other mods.

The mechanic makes it so that after a siege is won, the province is ceded to the country which won the siege, and it is automatically cored. This makes it easy to expand really fast but also is a recipe for border gore.
Subject nations will annex territory for their overlord, with some exceptions. See the change notes for more details.
This mod also adds a decision to manually cede occupied provinces, to conform to events that put provinces under occupation without ceding them (such as the Surrender of Maine).

This mod combines well with the Instant Siege Mechanic mod.
If you want to have the provinces you gain auto-converted Religion and Culture, then use the Instant Religion Decision and Instant Culture Decision mods.

If you like the mod, thumbs it up. If you don't like it, tell me why!

Compatible with any mod that doesn't edit the on siege won action.

@ieffersonius
It's not really an ability - it's a mechanic. It changes the way the game works. So yes, the AI can 'use' it, but it's more like the AI is just following the same rules as everyone else.

AI can use it too?

I looked at the internal files of Imperium Universalis, and the answer is unclear. It may work fine, or there may be some issues with the random slave events that Imperium Universalis uses when a siege is won.
If you try it out, make sure to tell me if it works.

I like this mod, and I hope you can get more people to use it
