Default Great Artist Removal

A simple mod that removes all of the base game's Great Artists. This mod is intended for people who want to play only with mod great artists or for people who want to test a mod with great artists easier.

*****As a disclaimer, You must have a mod enabled that adds great artists to the game or else no named Great Artists will spawn.*****
