Description
AI players get no extra starting units, and no free tech/civic-boosts. For those who want to play on a higher difficulty, but also want a fair start with the AIs.

The mod removes the starting units and civic/tech boosts, the AI will still have the production bonuses so they will still be able to create builder faster than you
Also a free builder is one of the rewards from goody huts, they could've just gotten that as well

around turn 10 on Emperor and Marathon and AI has already built a farm. Takes me 30 turns for a builder. Not sure if this is working.

Difficulty also adds faster production/science/culture or combat bonus. Check out the wiki for all bonuses AI gets at higher diffculties.
