Gun Dealer Tenant

Description
Add new tenant gun dealer.


It's a merchant and he offers uncommon/rare random guns only.
currently two races: Apex and Human spawn randomly.


Attract requirements basically as an merchant, but with the addition of something with the tag "Crafting" (most crafting stations).

Tags:

- light : 1
- door : 1
- storage : 8
- commerce : 8
-crafting : 6


I also recommend "Searchable Tenant Tags" mod, it shows tags on items.Very helpful.

Update 1.1
-add custom dialog (Like Marcus from Borderlands).

Yes. u can use mod/files how u want. i dont support my mods in this game but some players play with my mods and that why im not delete them. So you can use my mods and files freely
