Description
Adds a spikestrip swep and entity that interacts with both Scars and Simfphys vehicles

Changes Ive Made
Spikestrip model
Supports Sandbox
Scars & Simfphys
Some tires may survive when rolling over the strip.

Dashkov & Magenta- Original addon
NotAKid- Literally nothing I guess other than making it work with Simfphys.

Good add-on, ran like a hundred cars through it and they all got their tires popped
