If you look over at the Vanilla version of this mod's page there's a discussion with the fixed mod. it fixes the revival and stabilize issues we're having on this version. It doesn't transfer over 1:1 to WOTC tho as with most vanilla mods.
If you know how the codes work I imagine you could look over the scripts for both the fixed vanilla version and the broken WOTC and make the needed changes.
I've been trying to figure it out myself but I can't make heads or tails of this tbh :(
