High Elven Channeling Stance for the Wood Elves v2b

This adds the channeling stance from the high elves (renamed from Lileath's Blessing to Ariel's Blessing) for both the Mortal Empires campaign and the Vortex campaign. This fits the lore since the wood elves have mastery over all 8 standard lores as well as access to both the high and the dark lores. Their spellsingers and spellweavers are some of the stronger caster heroes and lords available in tabletop (using both AP bows and spells).
