AI Improvement (Patch 19)

Description

New version avalable: This mod is for patch 19. The new version can be found here.

New campaign AI imrpovement

Since most AI mods don't work for the last patch this mod brings back some AI balancing.

Whas is changed?

Better priorities for diplomatic deals and agreements
Increased cool down for diplomatic AI offers
Better recruitment reworked: Rebalanced unit types in AI armies
High variation in army constellations for each faction group
Better priorities in stratetic decisions for AI armies and agents
More agressive and active AI (attacking and defending as well)
Better construction and research priorities for AI
AI should spend more money for good armies
AI will research faster at very hard & legendary difficulty
Some single game variables optimized (e.g. cooldown for diplomacy penalties)

Improvements apply to all campaigns.
As I can say those changes make the AI better and more active. I may add more improvements in the future.

Compatibility

Save game compatible
Compatible with most mods except AI mods changing the same files
This mod is included in my Better Rome II Compilation for Patch 19
Some minor conflicts might occure using several mods that use parts of Better Recruitment, i.e. this mod and Harder Than Legendary. Use at your own risk.

The AI uses their agents very extremely with this mod as I can say.
