Description
Sana'a is the largest city in Yemen and the centre of Sana'a Governorate. Sana'a is one of the oldest populated places in the world. According to popular legend, it was founded by Shem, the son of Noah. The old fortified city has been inhabited for more than 2,500 years and contains many intact architectural gems. It was declared a World Heritage Site by the United Nations in 1986.

Incredibly OP, make sure that if you are using this you are also using many other wonders to level out the advantage that this one gives.
That way if you lose this one others can still make wonders that are make at least some challenge and if you fail to get this one you don't have have to give up or winning
