RimWorld, but as a simulation, not a harsh survival story. I love vanilla gameplay and add to that with these mods, striving to keep the core gameplay in place. Self sustainability is important, but requires a lot of time and effort. Until then you must interact with the world around you, and it won't be easy.

Lots of quality of life improvements to make the tasks less time consuming and more logical. Some aspects of the game are expanded upon for better immersion, and some tech is added to increase the longevity of the end game.



Manual Installation:


Automatic Installation
We use a tool called RimPy, made by ruPal. It's a 3rd party app that is super useful in loading mod lists, saving them, reordering mods, etc. It really is something you'd like, but besides that you must use it if you want my specific mod order.

Save the file anywhere you want. Extract it anywhere you want. Your desktop is fine. :)

It's an XML file containing only the steam ids and names of the mods in this list

Save this file in a place you can remember, like your Desktop.

Open Rimpy and you will see a window like this:


If you get any questions or errors just select "Okay" and continue until you see the main screen above.

You must fill them in with the details it asks for:


Click on the Load List button located here (now it's called Import List):


Find and load the list you just downloaded. Give the program a moment to think, though it shouldn't take long.

Press the Save button to save the list as your current rimworld mods:


Press Run to start Rimworld!

If your game reports missing mods you will have to download them yourself. Steam has been broken and won't let me add these mods to this list.

If you notice extra unused mods that aren't included in this list, those are optional mods.
