Description
This is simply an attempt to make snow tiles worth something. I think it's silly that there are tiles which produce absolutely nothing - especially when said tiles are super rare - so I did this.

New Specialist: Food specialist. Adds +3 Food. (Should have the same effect as a grasslands farm, without the production.)

New buildings:

Ice Fishery - adds +1 food to nearby snowtiles and adds 3 food specialists to the city. Can only be built on cities with at least 1 workable snow tile.

Green House - Adds 3 food specialists to the city. Can be built in any city. (Also good for deserts with no water access, and tundra)
NOTE: This mod affects CityView.lua it may have an effect on other mods which do the same.

This mod also allows Trading Posts to be built on snow tiles.

The Greenhouse and it's food specialists works. The Ice Fishery doesn't, for whatever reason.

I used it in BNW, it doesn't allow tourism to be seen in the city view
