Description
Serve the Citizens With a Road Maintenance Depot



It's time for the initial launch of CIMTrans to end. The Depot wraps up a few months of work, including planning, modeling, and texturing. After all, who would maintain your roads if it is not for CIMTrans?

CIMTrans desperately needs a facility of their own to work form. Thus, I present the CIMTrans Depot. With a office on one side and a garage on the other, the maintenance workers can both plan and evaluate their progress while maintaining their trucks.

All CIMTrans buildings will be for road maintenance only. This means Snowfall must be active.

This asset includes the empty version of the depot so you can decorate it yourself with my props.

If you wish to have the integrated snow service so you can remove the snow on road symbol without a snow dump, find that version here.

Derived from Duncan's Broken Hill Fire Station Remapped to allow for full details, improved lighting (there is very faint light at night), fixed specular map.

For anyone that wants to add this asset to their game be advised that this has large amounts of triangle mesh counts and will mess up your game performance.

Late, but I know what the large building is behind the depot. One of those factory hall buildings from Avanya.

On 7th screenshot, what is that huge corrugated building next to the cimtrans depot?

Also, thank you for making a decent looking depot without that heinous signage that comes with the vanilla depot!
