[Outdated] JR's No AI Confederations

Will be updated, but there's another one below.

There's a newer and better mod with customization and the ability to undo confederation changes. I'll update my "easy and straightforward" one soon though. Here's that for the meantime:

Original text:
This mod disables confederation for the AI's while still allowing the player to confederate.

• All AI factions can no longer confederate (baring Wood Elves, Norsca, and Bretonnia, they're more complex to disable).
  
• Players can still confederate.
  
• Compatible with other mods including Dresden's diplomatic mods and factions unlocked with Crynsos' Faction Unlocker*.
  
• Save game compatible.
  
• Works with both the Vortex and Mortal Empires.
  *Some subcultures, like Kislev, will not be able to confederate with other factions within its subculture without one of Dresden's confederation-enabling mods. My mod will still work on top of that however and prevent AI's from confederating, while letting players play that subculture and confederate other factions.

• Want only certain races to lose the ability to confederate? Use one or more of these mods instead of this mod!
