Vanilla World - Space Race

Description
Put your ship's maneuverability and your piloting skills to the test. Designing this course gave me a headache, piloting it is even worse.

Designed to create a challenging course for small grid ships. I personally only have one heavily modded ship that can run this course faster than 15 m/s.

The rings are very basic vanilla block builds, but the course itself is a challenging series of twists through an asteroid field. I am unsure of the total length but it loops back on itself so you can run laps.

There was a subterranean base that was just recently topping the workshop that looked great. Other than that, I've done some in-asteroid bases and the like, but I've got other projects going right now and that sort of base isn't currently on my list.

first of all, epic stuff dude, seriously epic :) my request is simple

can you do an underground colony? the problem with mars IRL is that theres no magnetosphere protecting us from solar radiation, thats one of the reasons mars has no or at least very little atmosphere. so the only real option to colonize before terraforming is implemented is to build airtight underground bunkers. What youve done with that city of yours is truly incredible but perhaps you could try building an underground base or subterrain bunker facility.

The true challenge here is to make it look good enough to put on the outside above ground too. Like your Fortress or stronghold thing. Ive been experimenting with using that as an underground base.

Depends on how interesting the request happens to be, I suppose. ;)
