Description
The Lighthouse of Genoa is the main lighthouse for the city's port. Besides being an important aid to night navigation in the vicinity, the tower serves as a symbol and a landmark for the City of Genoa. At 76 m it is the world's fifth tallest lighthouse and the second tallest "traditional" one, built of masonry. Since 1543 and until the construction of the lighthouse on Île Vierge in 1902, it was the tallest lighthouse in the world.
Requires Physics.
Provides +1 food and +2 gold from coast and ocean tiles.
A free lighthouse and every lighthouse provides +1 happiness.
Units upgrade costs 10% less.
It must be built in a coastal city.
It cost as Notre Dame.

It is because the Genoese are famous because of their difficulty in spending money :)

Curious: Why the 10% decrease in the cost to upgrade units? I'm assuming (as I just subscribed and haven't used the mod yet) that's for *all* units, land and air, not just naval? This will be interesting on an archipelago map.
