Thorax hoplites recruit from tier 3 barracks

Description
Athens and syracuse get a tier 3 hoplite unit called thorax hoplites, BUT they require a tier 4 barracks which means they are obselete as you will always pick the picked hoplites instead (pun intended).

So this is a simple fix to this stupid design by letting you recruit them from tier 3 barracks.

it works fine with lastest patch for me. mod "updated" so you no longer need enable out of date mods, but no changes made.

i'm away in africa. are you certain it doesn't work with latest patch, you can enable out of date mods and test it.

Well they are better than hoplites which are better than militia hoplites, but worse than general level tier 4 hoplites such as picked hoplites/sacredband/bronzeshields.

I always read it as pickled hoplites. I don't know why, but it stuck with me ever since.

who says they are a tier 3 unit?
