Office Skyscrapers

Description
A Pack, that I plan to periodically update, dedicated entirely to Office Skyscrapers. This is unlike my normal modus operandi of wanting to let players pick and choose lotpacks, as I am planning that this pack will rather just be a Smorgasbord of (1x1) Skyscraper lots and similar styled skyscrapers. I plan on updating this lot in the future, but I cannot make any promises on when that will be. Of course, if feedback shows that the players would rather I upload different lotpacks as opposed to the present tying arrangement, I can also revert to uploading individually. Again, if anyone wishes.

At present, the lotpack features the following:

First, is the "Brownstone Office" base with 5, 7, 10 floor variants. (Various rooms feature doors on the inside or not, depending on whether or not the room looks like a meeting room.)

Second, is the "Modern Office" with bases 7, 8, and 10 floor variants. This office is particularly influenced by a modern Japanese style, because Japan is very much known for its condensed spacing in building, which I tried to emulate.

Third, is the "Glass Office" with bases 9, 12, and 15 floor variants. The office has two sets of glass that give an illusion of texture.

Fourth, is the "Modern Deco" with bases 12, 16, and 19. This is basically when you cross artdeco with the chrysler with a glass office. Good for breaking up the Skyline.

Fifth, is the Stock Exchange. About the same size as the Red and Orange default offices, but with a unique interior and facade. Built to try and resemble the New York Stock Exchange with a reimagined interior that's fun for the Hostile Takeover missions.

Yes, there is a trick with the /lot save and /lot import nofill option. The latter pictures showing the interiors in this particular build are what you need for the "save" and the simple "import" those are full lot sizes and it just allows for a rapid copy and paste on top of one another. for the import it's /lot import [name] nofill and it will paste on top of where you're standing. It does take some getting used to...

Love the buildings, trying to make some of my own but it takes ages :P
Any way to copy/paste, mirror etc. or any other way to make things easier?

@Oreo4hire,
There's a car manufacturing plant in my Alpine City Lot pack that has 150 workers and is a 2x4 lot, similar to the smelter, however, its extremely expensive. if its too expensive, the pack also includes a cheep textilemill that has 45 workers, and a larger textilemill that has 60 workers, both of which are on 2x2 lots. They're not that profitable, unlike the car manufacturing plant, but the fact that they take up so little space and raise demand for other lot types, kind of makes up for it.

@oreo4hire You're actually in luck! The Developer no less than 11 minutes ago, actually just stated he was implementing a feature I was looking for so now I could make things like Oil Wells that can appear in the middle of nowhere, and can possibly generate the cashflow you're after. So that'll probably be where I head after completing a special project of mine!

For this particular build, I took base models of the main floors, AKA I created a small base floor where I wanted absolute copies, like elevators and stair cases, places that MUST exist in those locations, and then I pasted that floor 5 other times to create 3 variant exteriors with 2 different interiors each. Each of those lots was then saved with a special identifier. In this case I saved them as SAAA, SAAC, SABA, SABC, SACA, SACC. Because I used "B" at the end to mean "Base" Then I just mixed and matched for the Modern Skyscrapers in no particular order, but semi trying to get at least one floor in each.

I did each of the main levels in their own lot, to keep organized, but I built the actual skyscraper on an adjacent lot, which you can sort of see in the Thumbnail and 4th Pictures.

PART II:

the actual command I use first is:

/lot save s mainroomtemplateA

This allows me to save a SOUTH facing (s) template, in the event I wanted to paste south. I could change this to any of the other cardinal directions (n,s,e,w)
Once I have "copied" the lot, I begin to "import" the copy back, by standing one block above where I want the ceiling to come in, I do the following command:

/lot import s mainroomtemplateA nofill

This command will allow the room to be pasted in, again south facing, and the "nofill" line means that it will not erase whatever is beneath it.
