Description
Requested by "TheFutureGamer", a Planetside 2 VS Magrider tank Cannon.

Has 2km range, impressive velocity (unlike PS2, but low velocity is meaningless since everyhing has no drop)
Moderate damage of 3000 in a 5 meter radius.
Reload of 100 seconds.

3x3x8 Small-grid.
(width, Height, Length)

Has slight issue getting ammo through conveyors, that I haven't yet located source of.
I spent a half hour on that issue alone, at midnight.
- Will fix later.

EWWWW! Oh well, if I'm ever in a server with players using these I'll use a Reaver to blast their ships ;)

after testing a bit, would it be possible to buff the damage a bit? it seems rather ineffective against small grid heavy armor
