Global Seed Vault

Description
Compatible: all versions

Adds the Global Seed Vault wonder: +2 population in all cities and +2 food for scientist specialists. Requires tundra and a mountain nearby.

Also changes the CN Tower: +100% gold in this city and -50% unhappiness from number of cities. Cannot be built in the capital.
If you don't like this change, just delete the file "cnChanges.xml" from the mod.

I....was thinking of a different kind of seed and was about to say something about how they would never actually call it "Global Seed Vault", but yea... *facepalm @ self*

being how most crop seeds die in 10 to 20 years... and this thing is located in the artic with zero use to the common good.

how do you get +2 population and +2 food from a storage locker?

very nice mod ! however - twice now it's been difficult to click onto and "start research" - and the graphic for it doesn't show correctly while it's researching. also - "large empires beware" is very much true - since I like to conquer the world, this mod, with over 100 cities, will blast my unhappiness : one game stats : before : pop 235,612,000 score 5280 : one turn later (complete) -301 unhappy, +345 $ income, score 5849 pop 332,789,000
but I have the sad feeling the graphic is a little wonky for this.
