Description
Singularity Destabilizer - A Super-BOMB.

Radius of about 30ish meters, which is slightly larger than a vanilla warhead's (There is a hard-coded limit to warhead radius that we modders can't touch). And it does so much damage that ANYTHING even slightly within the radius is vaporized. Only a few block types can ever hope to survive its terrible touch. It's basically a big sphere of deletion.
