Delton House Estate

Welcome to the Delton House estate, a Full Custom scenario setup, and a great Sandbox mode park too!

Set in the idyllic green English countryside of Lincolnshire is the 1000 acre Delton House Estate. Lord Delton has recently inherited this prestigious Estate from his Great Grandfather, continuing the family ownership dating back to the late 16th Century. In an effort to increase revenue from the Estate he has hired you to turn the house grounds, and his Great Grandfather's collection of vintage rides into a modern theme park.

The park is setup with a number of Old or Classic rides, relating to the family collection, Lord Delton has specified that none of these must be removed, and as the House itself is a Grade I listed building this cannot be modified in any way. Your improvements to the park must respect the existing Historic infrastructure. (i.e. All the existing buildings & rides are locked and can't be changed)

- Scenario is probably "Medium Difficulty" I wanted this to be a nice fun Scenario to play, but with some targeted aims.
- Easy / Medium / Hard goals are open ended, see pic for reference. I would have liked to have a bit more scope on some of the sliders for setting these TBH!
- Starting cash approx. £20k, roughly 1000 Guests already in the park (which will rise rapidly)
- Park is financially stable @ the start of the scenario.

The main house is heavily based on the Real life "Belton House" in Grantham, Lincolnshire, England. Which turns out is where the movie adaptation of Jane Austen's "Pride & Prejudice" was filmed.

This is my 1st attempt at a scenario park & I welcome all feedback & comments, particularly if there is something you feel could be improved.

This Scenario HAS been play tested before publishing & is achievable & Fun! :)
