Thieves Guild Armor Improved - Heavy Armor Edition

I designed this mod to work with the heavy armor version of my most popular mod, Thieves Guild and Nightingales, so it does absolutely nothing to the Guild Master's Armor. All this mod does is make the original brown armor you get for joining the Thieves Guild better, and have better enchantments. I will admit I did not make it possible to improve the armor to legendary, but again, that's because I made it work hand in hand with my other mod, and you're gonna be guild master at the end of it with armor that is much stronger and that you can place better enchants on. This stuff was meant to be a stepping stone, I just made it a better one.
