Improved Stock HUD (Vers. 2)

Description

The same tweaks as the original Improved Stock HUD, but redesigned to fit in a health counter for survivor teammates.

To Do:

-Change the local incap panel to include local player name and floating health to match teammates.

By any chance, can you fix the character portraits? They’re off-centered and if optional, center the idle text as well?
