Tank music: One Punch Man

Description
Replaces the default tank song with "Dark Energy" and "Battle!" from One Punch Man.

Both songs have been edited to fit into originals tank teme lenght to skip errors.

Yeah, that hapens sometimes with some addons, It happens if server is running the Admin System from Workshop. Game does not detect the tank as a finale tank and then plays the normal tank song instead of the finale song.

@Eärendil Sometimes Battle! intro sound first and then suddenly change to "Dark Energy".
