You'll probably have to add them via the console, or get lucky with getting them from a capsule machine or rift roulette.

With Argle Bargle's help, added options for players who want the items instantly, without earning them in the Time Rift Roulette. I honestly prefer the TRR, but to each their own.

WARNING: Last I tested, obtaining a Hat Flair (such as the ones in this mod) before stitching the base hat will prevent you from stitching the base hat.
That is why the Available Instantly options are divided, instead of one option that just gives you everything in the mod.
