Christmas menu+in-game music

Description
This menu re-skin does the following:

-Menu now looks festive for the holidays!

-In-Game music now has sleigh bells!

-Victory music and death music now have sleigh bells and are a bit higher in tune!

-Jukebox is now red and loaded with Christmas music!

I like this mod, but it seems a lot of the features are broken.

also the jingle bell yell happens way too often the sound clip never gets to be finished

Victory bells are a bit loud, and the in-game bells maybe too rare. Also, this conflicts with "Christmas Death Music (Christmas Canon)". Why doesn't that override like weapon mods do?
