City Train (broken from update)

I fixed it! using the (not very) new scalables, I managed to get the bogie frames and wheels to co-exist peacefully! (i removed the smaller wheels inside the big wheels and made the big wheels driven, and used the new scaleables that can have their faces connection changed and made it so the big wheels don't connect to the outside Bogie frames.)

its not broken, you just need the experimental branch of brick rigs

THE AXLES HAVE NO BRAKE
NO HANDBRAKE AND ARE NOT DRIVEN
AND THERES SMALLER WHEELS INSIDE THE BIG ONES MAKING IT FLY AROUND
