Doctor's Magic Overhaul

Description
Magic overhaul alters a number of things about the way magic in skyrim works and adds a few spells.

New spells:
Force Push
Force Blast
5 levels of Open Lock
Freeze Time (So OP it's not funny, but stupidly expensive)
Cure Disease
Night Eye

Alterations to how magic works:
Magica regenerates at full speed at all times, does not slow in combat. Aproximately 3x old combat rate.
Spell duration scales with relevant skill level up to double. I.E. At 100 alteration skill all alteration spells will have double duration. At 50 alteration they will have +50% duration.
Illusion, Destruction and Restoration magnitude scales with level. +25 magnitude at 100 skill level, linear scaling.
Magicka costs are unaltered.

Overall effects of the mod: Magic is more powerful in general. Some may argue too much. Me I like it. The biggest effect is the + to magnitude allows low level spells like flames to remain useful in the later game, they are still weaker than your higher level spells but they allow you to still use them if you wish instead of making them a complete joke.

And pre-emptively: Yes there is overlap in the spells with Midas, you can complain about it if you like I'll just ignore you. Most of it is independently invented. One thing missing here is Bound Dagger. I have created it for myself but I just yoinked the Midas model since there is no way I could do it better. As I have not been able to make contact regarding permision to do so it is NOT included in this distribution.

Currently you can find the spell books for this mod in a barrel in Riverwood Trader. I have attempted to prevent interference with Midas Magic but have not tested it. I do plan to modify this to have the books show up at appropriate levels in various stores inventory but have thus far been to lazy to do so.

i have a massive problem even before this mod and i desperatly need your help if you can when i use freeze time instead of slowing down its speeds up realy fast and causes lags if somone can help it would be awsome

NVM: disabled "op sorcery" and some other thingy and it works now; so much fun!! :D (but DoT's - albiet weak ones e.g. flames, spark, etc. - don't seem to damage very well in time dialation mode) ...

Also, why does the spell say 44 magika per second when it just uses magika once and is done??

I like what I've seen so far on the mod video things, but I can't actually find the spells anywhere... I've looked all over the Riverwood Trader (killing the owners 20+ times) and I've even tried the alternative method of looking for the new NPC in Dragonsreach, which I can't find either... do you know the spell ID's or what I'm doing wrong to find them legit.?

@Dr. Tran Freeze time is exactly why i wanted the spells without the alterations to how magic works >.<
