for realistic population users: wester toren (left part of the structure) has 16 apartments, westerpakhuis (right side) has 10 apartments, so 26 houses total, so 10 more then the mod says

I'm getting the error "building already exists" when trying to place more than once. (I have the Not So Unique Buildings mod)

@Asumed. i dont want to be a guy, but i will... RICO is not heavy on PC resouces. Just try it, its fine :)

@realname Maybe because some people play without mods because it deactivates achievements, ruins performance, or other preferance reasons.
