Send to the Varangian Guard

Description
Tired of your NEET children hanging around at court accomplishing nothing?
Don't want to send them off to a holy order in case your favourite heir dies?

This mod allows characters of the North Germanic culture group to send their unlanded, high martial sons(and daughters if your laws or religion allows it) to the Varangian Guard at the cost of 100 gold.

Tested on 3.1.0
Not Ironman compatible (Changes checksum)

FAQ:
Q: Will you add any more features?
A: No, the scope of this mod is clearly stated in its title.

Q: Will you add support for more cultures?
A: No, since the vanilla events only supports North Germanic cultures. This mod is only meant to give the player a way to deterministically send their sons to the Varangian Guard

Q: Why the cost?
A: To make it an investment for the player, since the Varangian trait is pretty good. There's also a fair chance of your sons returning with more gold.

Q: Can I use this mod with another mod?
A: It should be compatible with most mods as long as they don't alter the vanilla Varangian events and flags.

@Jackie it should still work with 3.3.3 and the decision is added in a separate file so it shouldn't interfere with that mod.

Ooops, I should add the Balts to the Silk Road travellers, sorry. All the peoples around the Baltic Sea. The story of Rurik is a creation myth, written several centuries later, and none of the Norse languages actually have names the Primary Chronicles mentions as the 3 brothers establishing the Rus empire (actually Estonians have as closely reminding names). Genetic research found the modern Rurikids have Y-haplogroup N subclade most common and originating in the Baltic Peninsula.

The 1st Rus capital was in Finnish lands, had a Finnish name (probably Alajoen linna, Low River Castle) which the norsemen twisted into Aldeigjuborg (Staraya Ladoga) known from sagas. It was a multiethnic town which started as a Finnic-Slavic trade site. The Rus didn't call themselves with any Norse, Finnic or Slavic tribal name which makes it hard to identify them. Linguists say the name Rus possibly comes from Finnish word ruotsi meaning rowboat crew, which means the name was used by Finnish speakers. Maybe in Aldeigjuborg. Then the Rus adobted the name. Also Gothlandic, Saxon and Flemish traders tralled the Northern Silk Road, as did Iranian and Turkic speakers

Yes, Slavs were in the Varangian Guard. The Rus were probably multiethnic. There is about 2000 rune stones in Sweden (most in Svealand), 250 in Denmark and 50 in Norway, some are in England, Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man. None in Finland, none in Russia, one in Ukraine (in Odessa). British Isles were target of Danes and Norwegians who had less culture for rune stones than Svea tribe Swedes. Some runestones mention trips to Gardariki (Russia) and Greece. There are runic writings found in Russia, so obviously there were some norsemen. Novgorod Primary Chronicles don't even mention Varangians until from 1100 AD onward... before that the name Rus was used.
