Heavy Weapon Tweaks - WotC

Description
Why should shredstorm cannons be the obvious choice for your heavy weapons?

For WotC.
This mod attempts to balance out which heavy weapons you will take on missions. Each with their own pros and cons.

Flamethrower and Hellfire Projector:
-Much wider cone of effect, approximately 60 degrees! But less range, about 10 tiles. Comes with 2 charges instead of just one!
-Does +1 damage relative to vanilla. Still causes burning on enemies! (duh)
-Does less damage (per shot) than other heavy weapons, doesn't shred or pierce armor. Not effective against robots. But remember, you can use it twice!
-Highly effective against Lost. Might see if I can make it quieter so it doesn't attract the lost swarms.

Plasma blaster:
-Now the highest single shot damage of all, and it pierces (ignores) just about any armor you will face.
-Does have the most restrictive targeting, only a straight line 1 tile wide (this is unchanged from vanilla).

Shredder and Shredstorm:
-Even better armor shredding. Best in the game, hence the name.
-Slight (15-20%) decrease in shredder/shredstorm range so it's not ri-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-diculous anymore.
-Spread angle tightened up a bit.
-A little less armor piercing (ignoring) than vanilla.

Rocket and Blaster Launcher
-Unchanged

Ini file changes. Will likely conflict with any mods that change the weapon stats I've listed as being changed above. I don't know of any other mods that do this at the current time.

Feel free to incorporate this mod into any more comprehensive mods of your own. Would appreciate a citation in the readme if so.

I'm sure you'll be able to work it out.

Thanks a lot
Now im bold enough to ask if u can help me customize the stats for myself
It looks pretty uncomplicated since it just shows me the stats but there is always the - and + variation
Mind adding me on steam? x3

.ini files are just text files and can be changed in Notepad.
.u and .uc files need you to download the XCOM 2 SDK.

How do you open these custom files
Can you rewrite them with Editor or do i need another third party software

Should this works with LWOTC?

I'm pretty sure flamethrower weapons have an additional set of values you need to configure in another file (maybe in XComGameData_SoldierSkills.ini ?). What you changed will affect the visible stats of the weapon; what I mentioned will affect the actual mechanics.

I don't remember more than that; if you can find it, please share for others' benefit.
