Description
Nihan Delta by Steviekun. Tour the Jewel in the Sea! This map was inspired by dystopian/utopian futurist motifs, featuring a walled city core and densely populated districts where every apartment has a great view!

--Changes to new map--
+Addressed power brownouts
+I found some missing assets, specifically in the harbor. They are replaced with assets in my list.
+Broken intersections were wreaking havoc on major chokepoints like the freeway entrance; they are now fixed.
