[WotC] Jammerware's Architect Class (BETA)

Description
This mod adds the Architect class to XCOM 2: War of the Chosen. Architects are mobile but offensively weak and provide utility to their squad by building powerful Spires.

BETA ALERT
This mod is in public beta testing. I wouldn't have made it public if I thought it'd destroy your campaign, but it still could, because I'm not that smart. I've finished two complete campaigns with it, though, so, you know. It's probably fine. Until it gets your only colonel killed.

Avoid using it in any campaign you're personally attached to, and i'd be pretty nervous about Ironman.

Known issues
There are several. Here are the highlights:
- Bradford sometimes gets a bit upset if you Reclaim too many spires during a single mission because he somehow thinks spires are people. I'm looking into calming him down.
- When Relay Shot applies an ammo ability or weapon bonus ability, it doesn't generate a flyover callout.
- Most ability visualizations are dreadful. I'm working on them in my spare time, but it's slow going. If you want things to look better and know how, feel free to submit an issue or PR. Otherwise you'll get more visual effects from the mind that brought you "aid protocol, but orange".

One of the most unique classes in my opinion. It flavors stay in position instead of movement unlike most of custom classes. Shame it never got to its full potential, still amazing work

So after much trying, I can say I do not understand Unreal like I used to. I'm gonna go try and mod some easier things. I may come back to this in the future but with IRL stuff in addition to my lackluster Experience its not something I can do at the moment.
