Improved Soldier Generation [WOTC]

Description
Modifies how the starting appearances of XCOM and faction soldiers are randomly generated. Soldiers can now appear with:

- random weapon color and pattern
- armor patterns
- any hair color, such as pink or teal
- facepaint
- tattoos
- random eye colors
- scars (Skirmishers are unaffected)
- faction soldiers have a 50-50 chance to use any armor colors instead of just the ones set for them in XComNameList.ini
- faction soldiers can start with non-faction helmets, and upper and lower face props (by default they cannot roll a helmet from another faction)
- faction soldiers can default to having no hat instead of their faction helmet (turned off by default)
- Reapers and Templars are no longer automatically the same race as their respective leaders, regardless of nationality
- XCOM soldiers have a chance to favor countries in regions where XCOM has made contact

Chances for everything are configurable per soldier type in XComSoldierGeneration.ini

Overwrites CharacterGeneratorClass for Soldier, ReaperSoldier, SkirmisherSoldier, and TemplarSoldier Templates

Hair settings don't work no matter what I set it to, my soldiers get neon hair 100% of the time

Thank you so much for making this. Question: If i use the Resistance Firearms mod will the weapons also be random when a soldier is generated?

can this be used with the mod that stops the game from using mods when generating new soldiers? if both can work together it would be great.

Is there a way I can make sure soldiers only spawn with base game assets, i.e. never spawning with mod items?

Editing hair chance seems to be missing in the ini file.

Thanks! Everyone having the same eye color has been frustrating me since day one.

Both Rookies Variety and the armor options mod should be compatible. The mod will respect the ini edits in Rookies Variety and won't make the same changes in its own.

If you install this, should you uninstall Rookies Variety?

Is this compatible with customization mods like http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1136342724?

Add in no invisi heads and this is gold.
