hermano no me funciona, no se por que, no me sirve nada del mod, alguna sugerencia o algo para arreglarlo?

First of all, the base damage of the AK-47 is already higher than the M60, it is all set by Valve, the game developer. I only merely quadrupled the base damage values accordingly.
Secondly, my theory is that it does make sense for the damage values to be set like that. The AK-47 has higher damage and lower recoil than a M60 but it has a much smaller magazine size and has a lower rate of fire while the M60 is the exact reverse. Hence, it balances out.

En primer lugar, el daño base del AK-47 ya es mayor que el del M60, todo lo establece Valve, el desarrollador del juego. Simplemente cuadrupliqué los valores de daño base en consecuencia.
En segundo lugar, mi teoría es que tiene sentido que los valores de daño se establezcan de esa manera. El AK-47 tiene mayor daño y menor retroceso que un M60, pero tiene un tamaño de cargador mucho más pequeño y tiene una cadencia de fuego más baja, mientras que el M60 es exactamente lo contrario. Por lo tanto, se equilibra.

Hi Fucking HERO GU is LEGEND,
There is no change in the reload time. In case you are wondering, Cycle Time refers to the rate of fire with lower numbers meaning a higher rate of fire.

I haven't had someone with the same problem as you. So, my best advice would be to verify your game files' integrity and re-launch your game. It should generally fix most problems.
