Description

WARNING: THIS MOD CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR DOKI DOKI LITERATURE CLUB. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE GAME OR HAVE NOT FINISHED IT YET, AVOID GETTING SPOILED!

This mod adds several new Great Works, from the hit visual novel/psychological horror game Doki Doki Literature Club! 5 Great Writers and 1 Great Musician are included, with their great works being as follows:

Great Writers:

Natsuki - Eagles Can Fly
Yuri - Ghost Under The Light
Sayori - Bottles
Monika - The Lady Who Knows Everything
Dan Salvato - Doki Doki Literature Club!

Great Musician:

Jillian Ashcraft (AKA the "voice" of Monika) - Your Reality

For flavor, each of the 4 girls has a tiny snippet of their "OK, Everyone!" (AKA the poem-reading theme) track that plays while viewing their great work. It was hard to choose which poem I should choose for each girl, so I chose whichever one of theirs I personally liked the best + translated the best to Civ 5's Great Work format. If you disagree with my choices, just keep in mind that poetry is subjective, and everyone's got their own tastes.

If you read all that and you haven't played Doki Doki yet, then what are you doing here? It's totally free on Steam! Granted, it's not suitable for children or the easily disturbed, and if you suffer from anxiety or depression you may not have a safe experience playing it, but otherwise, it's totally worth checking out!

Completed another 10 but still no luck.

There's a LOT of great writers in civ 5. 71 to be exact + these 5, making 76 possible GWs, and it randomly pulls one from that pool whenever one is spawned. Plus, there's a chance that another civ could've generated one or all of them before you did, preventing you from getting them. Late in a game, once you've met everyone, take a look at the Great Works Trading screen and see if anyone's got one of these up for trade, and you might have your answer. Either way, it's all luck and patience.

I dont think it works for me, I have completed about 8 Great Writer works and nothing.
