This is Smeghead! The troll follower. He is a lovely fellow who likes to laze around. Best follower. Hired professional voice actor to voice smeghead. Top Smeghead experience. He holds the 1HK that no mortal dares to hold.

Location: Sitting next to the river and waterfalls that lead down to Whiterun from Riverwood.
