Allow interactions (Vampire Lord / Werewolf)

Description
Obviously requires Dawnguard.
Allows interaction with objects, chests, NPCs...
And if you kill Harkon you'll get his armor and cape.

Vampire Lord can loot corpses.
Werewolf can't loot corpses, only feed.
Compatible with the other DLC.

Yeah the game doesn't expect that you feed as a Lord, revert to human to allow movement again.

I get stuck when trying to feed as a vampire lord on vampire cattle or the like.
