NCR Ranger Improved Playermodel and NPC.

I recently started playing Fallout: New Vegas again, and I remembered one of my favourite armor sets in Fallout and gaming in general - the NCR Ranger set. There was a playermodel on the workshop, but I thought I could improve upon it.

This pack includes the following
-An improved NCR Ranger playermodel with viewmodel hands/arms, 2048x2048 textures, phong-mapping, and extra detail textures, as well as glow-in-the-dark eyes
-One hostile and one friendly NPC

I thought it might be worthwhile to revisit this. I got a kick out of it.

Btoken the player mdoel is nowhere to be found

Whoever made this did not know what texture formats to use. Every texture is uncompressed with an alpha channel. I can't even find any texture that uses the alpha channel.
