Enhanced City Center

A larger version of my older City Center intersection. Designed to be placed in quarter-sections.

There are some slight adjustments to the design to accomodate the larger size, but it maintains the 8 branching avenues to serve as the primary means of access. The larger size also allows for the placement of larger centerpiece landmarks as well as larger and more dense zoning to fill out the skyline with highrises.

All roadways should be upgradable without any collision issues. Even the highway loops that connect the inner and outer rings can be upgraded to 6 lane one-way avenues.

The only thing that may require some adjustment are the pedestrian paths near the center. They function properly, but they don't quite connect to the roads visually.
