Williams Night Club LC by Populous

Oh yes, you have seen this building as sweat shops littering your city, but after a great deal of pressure from town council, the Williams family gave in and closed the sweat shops once and for all.

Due to the success of “Williams Down Town Brew Pub” and “Williams Brew Pub”, Luke Williams purchased the buildings and remodeled them into high end, state of the art Restaurant and Night Clubs drawing customers from across the state to taste the fantastic food and special draft named after your cities great mayor and as well as the now famous Luke Draft.

- Restaurant open to general public 11:00 am to 8:30pm
- Restaurant and Night Club open 21 and older from 9:00pm to 3:00am - Live music 6 days a week.

- 4x4 Commercial Leisure that looks great at night.
- Cim Markers are set so staff will take breaks out back and customers will park their cars and sit at the outside tables under the soft glow of evening lights.

I edited it in the Asset Editor without markers and found it to work.
for example, take a look at a vanilla building in the Asset Editor.
I've been playing CSL since "After Dark DLC" and have been working without markers ever since.

By the way, your "Midtown Police Station" is amazing! :D

NEWTONaero Well that sure would be cool... None of my early assets worked for parking without the markers... Where do you get this information?

Why put a parking marker on the parking decal? Parked vehicles may overlap.
Vanilla parking decals work on their own.
Your assets are great, but they all have this problem.

Yes, they do all have the same pop-up rate.... The rate is reduced with more assets. No, your are correct. this Influences Lesure Commercial and Trourism or income to the city.

Does all 4x4 leisure buildings have the same problem with the pop-up rate?
It seems this does not influence rensidential and industry.

This is because the game places it... subscribe to other like itmes and it will be more even.... a known game thing....

Spawns almost automatically on 4x4 squares, therefore appearing waaaay to often.
