Old China

Hello, this is "Old China" by Markuss.

Its a map with great custom assets, which is now also available here, so enjoy.

Full credits of the creation of the original map goes to him, my rol here was to adapt it to the workshop, add the new watter and waterfalls, add a loading screen, change the background music to one that fits better, and upload it.

If someone is interested on the original map, is also available here. The original water give it a different environment.



Thats probably because you have cache of the old map from sumlauncher. In that case go to the next folder:

On Linux:
~/.local/share/Overgrowth/ModsDataCache/

On Windows 10:
Go to
C:\Users\<your user>\OneDrive\Documents\Wolfire\Overgrowth\ModsDataCache

On other versions of Windows should be on your Documents folder, and on OS X should be similar than on Linux.

After that, look for old-china-sum and delete it, and load the game again.


I have to take a look on how the game load the assets on the editor, and fix it.

Edit: I fixed some assets, now there is also a bonsai available which wasnt before. On the editor, is on the "Old china" category. Just ungroup and use the assets as you want.

Also, the weapons works now.
