It has four color variations (but only slightly).

If you want to make it RICO ploppable, you can go to RICO setting panel, find it under high density commercial, add local and save.

I'm amazed by all the Taiwanese buildings you've made! Love the look of buildings in Taiwan. They are perfect for the East Asia-Cyberpunk city I'm making!
