!!! TROUBLESHOOTING !!!
-If a spawnlist is not appearing-
you will have to browse for the models. The characters will appear within the "models" folder itself. The Weapons, props, etc. will appear in a folder marked "cptodix".
Alternatively, try scrolling down the Q menu until you reach the "Games" folder. Click it to open it, and click the "All" Folder. (Not the + or - button, just the folder itself.) The character models may appear in there.

EDIT: The other alternative is to download this pack from the old Garry's Mod website and manually install it. Once it's installed that way, you can find the models in the "All" Folder as mentioned above. You can get to it here: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=133565
