IMPORTANT: The planters used in my Deco line of assets have been linked to Network Extensions 2 mod. I realize some people have problems with getting it work (Mac users specifically) and I'd like my parkings to be conflict free, however until I find (or make) a proper replacement, Network Extensions 2 will be listed as a requirement. In the meantime I'll ask Lazarus if he can release the planter as a standalone prop.

Functions as a an actual parking lot (parking lines are missing for esthetic and technical reasons) and can be found in Parks.
It will not attract people or create fake usage.

NOTE: The use of TM:PE parking features is highly recommended to properly utilize all parking spaces. It is available here:
Traffic Manager: President Edition on Steam Workshop

Has 7 required items. Not subscribing should not break the asset however it will lack most of the visuals.
First one in the only series (Deco) of my parkings that will feature tile surface decals. Contains extra low poly trees by the great pdelmo.
All required items are vetted for (extra) low performance imact so you can plop away :)

Unlike my other parkings this one is designed for esthetics over funcionality. It contains 18 out of 24 possible parking spaces due to the use of decals and diagonal placement of parking markers.

It consumes very small amounts of both electricity and water (for the trees, no sewage). It is twice as expensive to build and maintain as my basic parking of equivalent size (which is still very little).

Meant to be placed between roads and buildings as a natural and functional 1-tile separator.

NOTE:
- Please inform me in the comments if the planters don't appear for you, I am not 100% certain I listed ALL requirements (I'm fairly certain the planters are vanilla)

***UPDATE 13/10/2017:
- changed from park lamps to full street lamps to match the Deco line as well as my entire collection
- changed (in-game) asset name to fit with the rest of my line, now oficially named "Deco"

These will fit nicely with my new Plaza line (for parkings near open spaces) however I needed something vertical so the parkings didn't feel so flat. The problem was most of the good looking ones were far too big for the parking lot or the tree itself.

Also the Deco line already has enough tile decals fighting for render :)

On one hand it's a problem because NExt2 doesn't seem to work for everybody (Mac users specifically, the rest just can't fix their own mess) and I'd like these parkings to be available to anyone.
On the other these are by far the best looking planters I've found so far for these parkings and it would be a shame to have to replace them. This is further supported by the fact that most people who value usable parkings are subscribers of both TM:PE and NExt 2.

I'll try to find another good planter (won't hold my breath though...) and in the meantime I'll ask Lazarus if it's possible to release it as a standalone as well (it would have to be as a separate asset with different prefab name to avoid duplicates).

Yeah, they are by Lazarus, but if you click the link to steamworkshop for that asset, it links to Network Extensions 2

@Apples I thought NExt mods didn't add any props like these. I have used NExt and I'm using NExt2 right now but I have yet to encounter these planters at all in the game (at least as far as I can tell, as I don't have it in me to build everything available and go looking for that one prop specifically).

I couldn't find any mention of these in any of the (possibly) related assets I'm subscribed to, so I naturally assumed they are vanilla.

FYI they're called "Road Planter 1" in-game. I'll try to ask Lazarus about them.
Thanks for the tip :)

I may be wrong, but i'm sure those planters come with Network Extensions 2, as they look similar to the ones i used in an asset, i was recently adding required assets to it and realised they were from Network Extensions 2.
