Better Rebellions (WH2/ME)

Description
Rebellions can now trigger a event that damages buildings and has a negative effect on the economy for a few turns. It won't happen with every rebellion though (because of technical limitations), but fairly often.

COMPATIBILITY

Works for WH2 and ME. Won't crash your game even if you uninstall the mod. Compatible with all mods. Most probably not affected by any future patches.

@Zarkis I would assume that this mod still works perfectly without being updated for the latest DLC and FLC, but, would you be able to confirm? I am not home to test for a good minute but just curious while I'm here.

Thanks for updating this mod.
Even though not many people use it, I find the idea very interesting.
It makes the appearance of rebellions more impactful and annoying.

CA fixed the raiding exploit with their latest patch, so I removed my changes.
