May you add that Administrator building/govenors palace give one or two units to city garrison that shold be elites because it protect governor

Good morning Skid, hordes have a proper garrison? Or we have to take the noisy germanic garrison even for Alans & Huns? Playing as Alans, garrison give tons of units! Another cosmetic tips: Sarmatian Levy and Spearmen have the same card of Persians Levy, not so accurate! Keep going tho!
