Description
Small fix for rust tree from volcanic planet. Now drop Saplings. Only work for new generated or resetted planets.

The spiky ice ball trees on frozen shadow planets don't drop saplings either, I'd like to see a mod for that.

Try toxic kelp on toxic planets, is on bottom, dropping sapling. But i try it :-)
