Cimskip Eastern Carrier

The Cimskip Eastern Carrier is a general cargo ship equipped with two starboard side cranes to easily transfer goods between ship and port. It is thus a very flexible vessel: it can supply smaller ports that don't have land side cranes. It carries the same amount of cargo as the vanilla cargo ship, though at half the speed (which is still way too fast to be realistic, but whatever).
