This mod imports outfit appearance only (clothes + accessories + camo pattern and color).
Try "Uniform Manager WOTC" mod to import whole appearances.

In mod's settings, check ShowBlacklistedOnly,
then find the part in the customization menus and clic 'edit',
then uncheck 'hide/remove' within the part edition menu.
- Were are the settings ?
In game Options menu, click on "Mod Settings" button then "UnrestrictedCustomization"
(make sure you installed [WotC] Mod Config Menu mod)

Known bugs
- The first time a soldier generated from CharPool appears, his outfit may differ from what it was in charPool ; reimporting it will fix the issue.

Is there any way to blacklist an item without having it applied to the character? Even just hovering over the item in question causes a crash when it tries to show on the soldier.

No Forced Anarchy should do that for you

Is there a mod like this that just disables the ‘feature’ of the game where if you select one of the DLC torsos marked with a red anarchist symbol you can only use those legs?

That would be because this version is an "older" version that was expanded with the Redux. This version does not unlock powered helmets, iirc, until you get the powered tier research unlocked and equip at least one person with Warden armour. This is because unlocking Helmets needed to happen in a slightly unique way.

Glad you tried out both versions though, so you managed to identify one of the differences :)

I switched back to [WOTC] Unrestricted Customization Redux because this one for some reason doesnt show the powered helmet options.

This mod is awesome, I love how the outfit stays the same after equipping new armor, the ability to copy and outfit and paste it. So good.
Just one thing made me disable it after I was done with the customization.
Soldiers that don't have a thighs customization have their animation changed anyway, which makes them look a bit silly when they stand behind cover. The legs are too spread out and it just doesn't look right.

Is there any way to keep their original animation stance? It would make sense if it changes once you have thighs customized.

Is there a vanilla version of this?

For some reason the right shoulder equips all shoulder pads but the left one does not. I'm restricted to pad A or C. Is this a known issue?
